Where: These signs are commonly found on tarred public roads, and may also be seen near farms, rural properties, small towns, or at designated parking areas.
Purpose: The Motor Car Reservation sign indicates that only motorcars may use that specific section of the road or lane. Other types of vehicles, such as trucks, motorcycles, tractors, or minibuses, are not allowed to travel in that lane or roadway. The Motor Car Parking Reservation sign designates a parking area specifically reserved for motorcars only, and no other class of vehicle may stop or park in that marked space.
Action Required by Driver: If you are driving a motorcar, you may use the road or park in the designated parking area. If you are driving any other type of vehicle, such as a truck, bus, tractor, or motorbike, you may not enter, drive on, or park in the reserved area.
